Blanco makes MLS debut as Fire rout Toronto FC

Blanco, who signed a three-year deal with the Fire in April, assisted on the first goal to help the Fire win for just the second time in the last 13 matches.

They looked like a whole new team out there yesterday; more attempts to beat defenders, more space through the middle, better flank play. Sarachan's teams tended to play negatively and conservatively and it seems that Osorio's gone for a much more attacking mindset. Watching Blanco get pelted with streamers was hilarious. We should have a starting forward lineup of Wanchope, Rolfe and Blanco starting on Saturday. Should be fun.
