Nick Bidwell: Ice-man Wenger losing his cool

A furious demon has occasionally stood in for the normally unruffled and articulate Wenger when he has been on the end of painful defeats down the years, but the mood he has exuded when carrying out his media duties at Arsenal's London Colney training base over the past week has been especially dark.

I'm waiting until after the christmas program.

I certainly understand the knives coming out. Everyone has to deal with injuries and depending on RVP is silly:
(from wiki)
2004-The rest of Van Persie's season was cut short by injury.
2005-However, two days after signing the contract, Van Persie was again wracked with injury after an opponent stepped on his foot and broke his toe during an FA Cup match against Cardiff.
2006-However, his season ended early for the second time in his career on 21 January, when he fractured the fifth metatarsal in his right foot while celebrating his late equalizer in a match against Manchester United.
2007-Following a streak of seven goals in ten regular-season games, Van Persie was sidelined for two months with a knee injury suffered on international duty.

Last season was his first healthy one. So when Wenger says with RVP we could have....I can't accept it. Its time for Walcott and Bendtner to step up...but they appear to be sick notes too. Eduardo? Sicknote.

I think we should play Arshavin up top in the rvp role with Nasri and Eduardo on the wings.
