Tottenham Board Confirm Jol's Sacking

'We can confirm that the board has this evening asked Martin Jol, the club manager, and Chris Hughton, the first team coach, to stand down from their positions with immediate effect,' the statement read.

Martin Jol was the victim of bad luck and poor judgment by himself and Tottenham's board.

Sid Lowe: Despite the Sevilla coach's protestations in the summer, Juande Ramos always knew he would end up at Spurs.

Juande, don't do it! Don't take the job! They love you in Seville, your squad is much stronger there, they're playing in the Champions league and in a better domestic championship. Why throw it all away to go to the biggest manager killing job in London? The Andalucian press love you! The London press will tear you apart! Look at what happened to Jol and Santini and Hoddle and George fucking Graham! Don't swallow the poison that will kill your career!

I prefer that Klinsman takes the job. The twat.

What's with all this Klinsi hatred? Is it because he told the US team to stick it?

Maybe it's because Klinsi is a diving Spur twat? Just a hunch...
