Deliver us from Steve McClaren

If Steve McClaren has achieved one thing in his lamentable reign as England manager, it is to justify one of football's sillier clichés. There are no easy games in international football. At least, there are not for teams managed by McClaren. A failure to beat Israel away is not as damaging as an inability to overcome Macedonia at home, but their most arduous task in justifying that theory is still to come: can England fail to overcome the might of Andorra on Wednesday?
