Who is there to guide Arsenal's great leader?

It is a question frequently asked of dictators. At what point does their supremacy sway from strong, visionary leadership to absolute power and control? While Arsene Wenger is far too conciliatory and reasonable to be labelled a dictator, there is a growing debate about whether his status at Arsenal is healthy for the club that has become his life's project.

I am very frustrated with Arsene. I don't understand why he did not buy a striker and a keeper in January. He absolutely is un-sackable though. I know of no one that can do what he does and so we have no choice but to have great BEEEEELEAF in him and his plan.

What is the alternative? You think 30 million pounds (or whatever the kitty is) is enough to make up for all of the great young players he finds on the cheap? With the stadium debt, we can't compete with Citeh or Chelsea in their way. I don't care how we do it...I just want to win something but there are good reasons that Arsene is the man for as long as he wants. We just have to hope he can finish the job.
