Fourth-place Napoli will be confident of ending their three-match winless run when they make the journey to Tuscany to face rock-bottom Siena. Napoli need to prevail to be certain that Sampdoria and Juventus do not overtake them in the standings. Samp are level on 39 points with Napoli while Juve trail one point behind them.
