Walter Zenga of the ex and very evil Inter Milan hatched this idea as early as 1988. Where as a player he claimed it amazed him that such a move has never been done before. So he waited till he became a manager to test the rule book. On set peice pull down your pants and see it it provides the distraction necessary.

Great site..Keep up the good work

Pep -- good to know! I would expect that if it becomes more prevalent a rule will be added to the book. Thanks!

Forza Roma!!

There are Laws of the Game I believe which the referee could easily use to thwart this behavior... however it is possible Italian soccer referees like this sort of thing, I really don't know.

Anyway, I'd think it more appropriate for co-ed soccer.
