London and UK riots: England players back call-off and use Twitter to beg rioters to stop
The "tut" was unmissable. The gasp of disapproval from one of the England players, sitting listening to reporters question Football Association officials about the postponement of the Holland friendly, was an expression of annoyance at a query about compensation.
