Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed their intention to build a new 60,000-capacity stadium in the same location as their current White Hart Lane ground. The club announced favourable financial results to the stock market on Thursday and have decided to push ahead with proposals for a larger stadium to help cut their season ticket waiting list of around 22,000.
