Also in the semi-finals at the World Cup are England, Germany, and Japan. Also in the semi-finals at Copa América are Chile, Peru, and Paraguay. Let's begin with the women, shall we?

WORLD CUP

USA 1 - 0 China: Grant Wahl in Ottawa
Alexandra Topping and Louise Taylor: England's victory a 'game-changer'

Argentina 0 - 0 Colombia (Argentina win 5-4 on PKs): Gabriele Marcotti at Estadio Sausalito
Argentina 0 - 0 Colombia: Three Things We Learned

The first semi-final involves hosts Chile and their northern neighbors Peru this evening. Here's are Preview.

Rivalry Week! That's what is was last week in Major League Soccer. Apparently, it was a success! Oh, and here are Five Things We Learned in the stateside league over the weekend.

Gosh. We've gotta go. Until tomorrow.
