Chelsea's big problem at the moment is scoring goals, but defensively - in large part thanks to the form of Petr Cech and Ricardo Carvalho - they are looking quite good.
And they will be desperate not to lose as that would virtually seal the title for United, so they will at least be looking to prolong the race.
Chelsea will have had an extra day's rest with their Champions League match played 24 hours earlier than United's, who might just feel the effects of their exertions at Barcelona.
