Dunga is a genius. Obviously the shirt is so ugly it could really be worn by 1 of 3 types of people: a German, a South Beach nightclubber, or a German at a South Beach nightclub. Obviously it's a not so subtle reminder of Brazil's big choke in Germany last summer and how it ruined the big party back home. Now that's man management.
