Luca Toni struck in the second half to lift title-chasing Roma to victory over Serie A leaders Inter Milan. The result left Roma in second place and just one point behind four-time defending champions Inter with seven games remaining. AC Milan's title challenge stuttered once more on Sunday as they were held to a draw at home to struggling Lazio.
