Not a bad draw for the US.
Algeria will be tricky though.

Except maybe Spain's perhaps. That looks like a cakewalk for them. But, what doesn't?

Agreed. And England is always susceptible to weird defeats. If the U.S. does not advance it would have to go down as a real disappointment.
No Group of Death, either. Which is nice since we won't have to hear "Group of Death" 34.6 million times between now and June.
I've looked at this again and I suppose Brazil/Portugal/Ivory Coast/Hans Brix is the Group of Death. Hans Brix isn't a factor but either of the other three going home early will be a big deal.
Yeah, that Brazil group is as close as it gets, but still. an even draw all around.
I don't know how the Italians do it every year.
