I take issue with calling out Poulson like that when it's management's fault. I watched him play for a couple of seasons with Sevilla and he's a very effective holding midfielder when paired with the right players. He needs to play with a playmaker who's a strong defender (Keita at Sevilla)- like Manu Petit playing with Vieira - and he's a really effective player.
