Under 20 World Cup: U.S. faces toughest challenge yet

And due to the July 4 holiday when The News was blowing things up, dunking friends in the tank, and generally making merry, we missed the chance to revel in our 6-0 victory over Poland: What a difference three days can make. After coming out flat in its World Cup opener, the U.S. U-20 national team looked like a world-beater Tuesday. Led by Freddy Adu's hat trick, the U.S. shellacked Poland 6-1 in front of 35,801 at Olympic Stadium.
