Michael Owen was at St James' Park yesterday but he did not get stripped. However, the Newcastle manager Glenn Roeder said Owen is on course to play at Reading next Monday. "We'll know by the middle to end of next week if he'll be fit," Roeder said of Owen. "I wouldn't rule it out."
